PROJECT OVERVIEW
SamsungLaunchSupport.com is a digital resource for Samsung Field Sales Managers (FSM’s) and store reps that contains spec sheets, comparison charts, videos, FAQs and more. The concept around the Samsung Launch Support Site came from wanting to reduce printing costs and create a one-stop-shop website for FSM’s and store reps — no login required. The response has been overwhelmingly positive. As an agency partner, responsibilities include: overall project management, developing site collateral, evaluating analytics, pitching new site functionality, collaborating with the web dev team and maintaining budget alongside on-time deployments.
